Andrew Laven (Founder & CEO) holds a BA from Ithaca College and a JD from St. Thomas University in Miami, FL.
Prior to his life as a recruiter, he worked for Senator Tom Daschle of South Dakota and for the New York Times.
He has made over 500 placements in his recruitment career, generating over $10M in recruitment fees.
